As you can see it is not difficult to start taking a diet supplement.  The majority of diet supplements are available over the counter, and if you have the money to pay for them you can get started.  Just make sure that you do not jump into taking a supplement just because you think it is a sure fire way to reach your goals.  They may help, but at the same time they may not.
